• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During high-volume periods, product launches, or event seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

--- SHIPPING TIMES ---

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment  
• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after shipment

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

--- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ---

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

--- INCORRECT ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES ---

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Savi Mack Athletics is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

--- LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ---

Savi Mack Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
